Strange little neighborhood goings on – it all looks like the usual,  an affair or two,  an overly involved nanny,  a gay couple,  etc.   But a gardener who talks to God,  named Peach, on his cell phone?   The servants in this particular neighborhood have little meetings in the local pub and there is plenty of gossip.

There are many complex characters – might be wise to keep a list and notes on each.  In the hard cover edition there’s a map but I’m not sure that helps so much as the accompanying list of characters living in each house.
